1. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
2. White vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3. Heirloom tomatoes, sliced - 2 large
4. Arugula - 6 ounces
5. Nectarines, sliced - 2 medium
6. Avocado, sliced - 1 large
7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 large
8. Flaky sea salt - 1 large

How to cook deliciously - Heirloom Tomato Salad with Nectarines, Avocado, and Arugula

1. Stage

Whisk oil and vinegar together in a bowl.

2. Stage

Place the sliced tomatoes on a platter and drizzle with about half of the vinaigrette and sprinkle with a pinch of regular salt. Place half the arugula on top of the tomatoes, then add the nectarine and avocado slices. Add the balance of the arugula and gently toss ingredients with the balance of the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and more pepper.
