In the mince add half an onion grated on a fine grater, one garlic clove, 30 grams of cheese, salt and spices to taste. Mix well.

Form baskets like these and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes (until tender).

While the baskets are baking, remove the mushrooms from the marinade. Finely chop the dill, wash the lettuce leaves and place on a plate. Finely chop tomatoes, add crushed clove of garlic, the remaining 20 grams of cheese, grated on a fine grater, salt, pepper, a little dill. Stir to mix.

Place the ready-made baskets on the lettuce leaves, draining the juice from them beforehand. Fill with the fillings.

Sprinkle the mushrooms with dill.
