Ingredients for - Summer Squash Bake

1. Zucchini, thinly sliced 2 small
2. Yellow squash, thinly sliced 1 small
3. Eggs 4
4. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing ½ cup
5. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese ⅓ cup
6. KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian Style Five Cheese Blend 1 cup
7. Onion, chopped 1 small
8. Chopped green pepper ½ cup
9. Salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Summer Squash Bake

1 . Stage

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2 . Stage

Cook zucchini and yellow squash in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

3 . Stage

Whisk eggs and dressing in large bowl until blended. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add zucchini mixture and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.

4 . Stage

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set and edges are lightly browned.
