Ingredients for - Summer Squash Bake

1. Zucchini, thinly sliced - 2 small
2. Yellow squash, thinly sliced - 1 small
3. Eggs - 4
4. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing - ½ cup
5. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese - ⅓ cup
6. KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian Style Five Cheese Blend - 1 cup
7. Onion, chopped - 1 small
8. Chopped green pepper - ½ cup
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Summer Squash Bake

1. Stage

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Stage

Cook zucchini and yellow squash in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

3. Stage

Whisk eggs and dressing in large bowl until blended. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add zucchini mixture and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.

4. Stage

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set and edges are lightly browned.
