1. Canola oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
3. Chopped onion - 1 cup
4. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
5. Beer - ½ cup
6. Cooked chicken breast, cubed - 1 ½ pounds
7. Great northern beans, drained - 3 (15 ounce) cans
8. Chicken broth - 3 cups
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
10. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
11. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
12. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Dutch Oven White Chicken Chili

1. Stage

Heat oil in a 5-quart cast iron Dutch oven over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in beer and allow to cook off.
