1. Cream cheese, softened - 2 (8 ounce) packages
2. Cottage cheese - 1 (8 ounce) container
3. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
4. Butter, melted - ¼ cup
5. White sugar - 1 cup
6. Finely chopped blanched almonds - ½ cup
7. Currants - ½ cup
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Lemon extract - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Pashka

1. Stage

Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and butter thoroughly in a medium bowl.

2. Stage

Gradually fold in sugar, almonds, currants, vanilla, and lemon extract.
