1. Cream cheese, softened 2 (8 ounce) packages
2. Cottage cheese 1 (8 ounce) container
3. Sour cream 1 (8 ounce) container
4. Butter, melted ¼ cup
5. White sugar 1 cup
6. Finely chopped blanched almonds ½ cup
7. Currants ½ cup
8. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
9. Lemon extract ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Pashka

1 . Stage

Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and butter thoroughly in a medium bowl.

2 . Stage

Gradually fold in sugar, almonds, currants, vanilla, and lemon extract.

3 . Stage

Transfer the mixture to a shallow, medium-sized dish. Cover with a cloth and chill in the refrigerator, 8 hours or overnight.
