Ingredients for - Coconut Horchata

1. Uncooked white rice 1 cup
2. Almonds 1 cup
3. Sweetened flaked coconut 1 cup
4. Boiling water 3 cups
5. Coconut milk 1 (14 ounce) can
6. Sweetened condensed milk 1 (14 ounce) can
7. Cold water, or more as needed 5 cups
8. Ice 5 cups

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Horchata

1 . Stage

Place rice, almonds, and coconut flakes into a food processor. Process until ground to the consistency of sand. Pour rice mixture into a bowl and stir in boiling water. Cover and rest for 6 hours or overnight.

2 . Stage

Strain rice mixture through a sieve twice, discarding ground rice, almonds, and coconut. Stir in coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk. Stir in cold water and serve over ice.
