1. Beans 400 gram
2. White cabbage 1 kg
3. Milk 300 Ml
4. Flour 50 gram
5. Sour cream 15% 300 gram
6. Black pepper taste
7. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Bean Yushka

1 . Stage

Rinse beans and soak in cold water for 5 hours. Boil until tender.

2 . Stage

Chop the cabbage and boil until half cooked, add the beans and bring to a boil.

3 . Stage

Dilute flour with milk, mix with sour cream and pour into a yushka.

4 . Stage

Bring to a boil again, salt, pepper to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.

5 . Stage

Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
