Ingredients for - Bean Yushka

1. Beans - 400 gram
2. White cabbage - 1 kg
3. Milk - 300 Ml
4. Flour - 50 gram
5. Sour cream 15% - 300 gram
6. Black pepper - taste
7. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Bean Yushka

1. Stage

Rinse beans and soak in cold water for 5 hours. Boil until tender.

2. Stage

Chop the cabbage and boil until half cooked, add the beans and bring to a boil.

3. Stage

Dilute flour with milk, mix with sour cream and pour into a yushka.

4. Stage

Bring to a boil again, salt, pepper to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
