3. Chopped white onion ½
4. Egg 1
5. Shallot, minced 1
6. Salt 1 teaspoon

8. Buttermilk ½ cup
9. Ketchup 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.

Place pork sausage, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and shallot in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in buttermilk; mix thoroughly. Pat mixture gently into the prepared loaf pan; top with ketchup.
