7. Diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (14.5 ounce) can
8. Vegetable broth 1 (14 ounce) can
9. Carrot, peeled and chopped 1 medium
10. Sugar 1 tablespoon
11. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
12. Salt 1 teaspoon
13. Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
14. Cayenne pepper 1 pinch

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until onion is translucent and chicken is browned, about 15 minutes.
