How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Cupcakes with Bailey's Creme Frosting

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.

Whisk together 2 1/2 cups flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.
