Ingredients for - Graham Griddle Cakes

1. All-purpose flour - ¾ cup
2. Graham cracker crumbs - ¾ cup
3. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
4. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Chopped pecans - ½ cup
7. Milk - 1 cup
8. Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons
9. Egg - 1

How to cook deliciously - Graham Griddle Cakes

1. Stage

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and pecans (if desired). In a separate bowl, stir together milk, butter and egg. Add to the flour mixture and stir well.

2. Stage

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
