4. Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons
5. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
6. Half-and-half - 1 cup
7. Dry mustard - ½ teaspoon
8. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
9. Shredded Gouda cheese - 8 ounces

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
