3. Salt and pepper to taste ⅓ cup

6. Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
7. Ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges 4 medium
8. Sliced red onion ¾ cup
9. Basil leaves, shredded 10
10. Pitted and halved green olives ½ cup
11. Fresh mozzarella, cut into bite-size pieces 1 cup
