1. Day old Italian bread, torn into bite-size pieces - 6 cups
2. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
3. Salt and pepper to taste - ⅓ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. Olive oil - ¼ cup
6. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
7. Ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges - 4 medium
8. Sliced red onion - ¾ cup
9. Basil leaves, shredded - 10
10. Pitted and halved green olives - ½ cup
11. Fresh mozzarella, cut into bite-size pieces - 1 cup
