1. Stage
Cut the thigh fillets and shank fillets of chicken in large pieces. Add sweet paprika (2 tablespoons), white pepper and salt to taste. Then add red pepper chopped in small pieces, a little bit (to taste), add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Massage the pieces of fillet, evenly distributing the spices. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
