1. 4 rib eye steaks
2. Salt
3. 1 tbsp. dry mustard
4. 1 tsp. dry mustard
5. 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
6. 2 tbsp. warm water
7. 10 anchovy fillets
8. 2 tsp. onion powder
9. 2 tsp. garlic powder
10. 2 tsp. ground ginger
11. 2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
12. 1 tsp. freshly ground white pepper

How to cook deliciously - Southeast Asian Rib Eye Steaks

1 . Stage

Season the steaks with salt and let them stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

In a bowl, combine the dry mustard, brown sugar, and warm water and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Spread the paste on both sides of the steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4 . Stage

Bring the steaks to room temperature. Light a grill. Grill the steaks over moderately high heat for about 3 minutes per side, until they are nicely charred outside and medium-rare within.
