How to cook deliciously - Goose wings stewed in the oven
1. Stage
In a baking dish (it must have a lid!) put the wings, finely chopped onions and carrots, salt and pepper
2. Stage
Fill the bottom of the water, so that it slightly covers the meat (I have a 3-liter form, I filled it about 2-3 cm)
3. Stage
Place sliced potatoes on top and salt a little too. To prevent the salt from remaining on the potatoes, wash it off with a little water at the bottom of the mold.
4. Stage
We cover the form with a lid and put it in a cold oven (we light it only after we put the form with the goose) and time it for about an hour and a half after the oven heats up (220-230 degrees). Note the amount of water (increased by about 1 cm).
5. Stage
The water will come to a slight boil. When the time is up, take the dish out of the oven and stir gently
6. Stage
Oven braised goose wings are ready. My mom used to make them on the stove, but she has a special duck-box, and I don't, so I found this way out.
