1. Uncooked tri-color rotini pasta - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Pepperoni sausage, diced - 6 ounces
3. Provolone cheese, cubed - 6 ounces
4. Red onion, very thinly sliced and cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 medium
5. Cucumber, thinly sliced - 1 small
6. Chopped green bell pepper - ¾ cup
7. Chopped red bell pepper - ¾ cup
8. Pitted black olives, drained - 1 (6 ounce) can
9. Minced fresh parsley - ¼ cup
10. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
11. Olive oil - ½ cup
12. Red wine vinegar - ¼ cup
13. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
14. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
15. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
16. Ground mustard seed - ½ teaspoon
17. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
18. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
