Ingredients for - Pasta Con Broccoli

1. Dry fettuccine pasta - 4 ounces
2. Heavy whipping cream - 1 cup
3. Butter - 2 tablespoons
4. Tomato sauce - 1 ounce
5. Minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
6. Broccoli florets - ½ cup
7. Fresh sliced mushrooms - ¼ cup
8. Salt to taste - ¼ cup
9. Ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup
10. Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Pasta Con Broccoli

1. Stage

Cook fettuccini in a large pot of boiling salted water until "almost" done. Drain, and return noodles to pot.

2. Stage

Stir cream, butter or margarine, tomato sauce, garlic, and broccoli into the noodles. Simmer until noodles are done. Stir in sliced mushrooms, and remove from heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
