1. Kumquats, halved and seeded 2 pints
2. Milk 5 cups
3. Heavy whipping cream 4 cups
4. Sugar 3 cups
5. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Puree kumquats in a food processor until smooth; transfer to a large bowl. Stir milk, cream, sugar, and lemon juice into kumquat puree.
