Ingredients for - Praline Sweet Potatoes

1. Mashed sweet potatoes 4 cups
2. White sugar ½ cup
3. Vanilla extract 2 tablespoons
4. Eggs, beaten 4
5. Heavy cream ½ pint
6. Butter ¼ pound
7. Packed brown sugar 1 cup
8. All-purpose flour ½ cup
9. Chopped pecans 1 ¼ cups

How to cook deliciously - Praline Sweet Potatoes

1 . Stage

Butter one 2 quart casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and cream. Blend well, and spread evenly in casserole dish.

3 . Stage

Prepare the topping by combining the butter, brown sugar, flour and pecans. Mix until crumbly, and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.

4 . Stage

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
