Ingredients for - Praline Sweet Potatoes

1. Mashed sweet potatoes - 4 cups
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons
4. Eggs, beaten - 4
5. Heavy cream - ½ pint
6. Butter - ¼ pound
7. Packed brown sugar - 1 cup
8. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
9. Chopped pecans - 1 ¼ cups

How to cook deliciously - Praline Sweet Potatoes

1. Stage

Butter one 2 quart casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and cream. Blend well, and spread evenly in casserole dish.

3. Stage

Prepare the topping by combining the butter, brown sugar, flour and pecans. Mix until crumbly, and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.

4. Stage

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
