3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
5. Water - ¼ cup
6. Dried chives - 1 tablespoon
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
9. Beef bouillon - 1 cube
10. Red wine - ½ cup
11. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
12. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
13. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
14. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 (8 ounce) package
15. Cream cheese - 4 ounces
16. Chopped fresh parsley - ½ cup

1. Stage

Whisk red wine, cornstarch, and flour together in a small bowl; pour over the mixture in the slow cooker.
