1. Eggs - 3
2. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
3. White sugar - 2 cups
4. Grated zucchini - 2 cups
5. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
6. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
7. Ground cinnamon - 3 teaspoons
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Bread IV

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F ( 165 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and frothy. Mix in oil and sugar. Stir in zucchini and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder, salt and nuts; stir into the egg mixture. Divide batter into prepared pans.

Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until done.
