1. Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
2. Mayonnaise - 2 teaspoons
3. Asian red chili paste (sambal) - 1 teaspoon
4. Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained - 3 (5 ounce) cans
5. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup
6. Chopped Thai basil - ¼ cup
7. Red bell pepper, diced - ¼ cup
8. Diced red onion - ¼ cup
9. Carrot, shredded - 1 medium
10. Green onions, chopped, divided - 6
11. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced - 1 medium
12. Sesame oil - 4 teaspoons
13. Asian red chili paste (sambal) - 3 teaspoons
14. Toasted sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
15. Sugar - 2 teaspoons
16. Salt - 1 teaspoon
17. Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
18. Lime, juiced - 1 medium
19. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
20. Gourmet salad greens - 3 cups
21. Chopped fresh cilantro (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
22. Chopped Thai basil (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Thai Spicy Tuna Lettuce Wraps

1. Stage

Make the spicy mayo: Mix Sriracha, mayonnaise, and sambal together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until needed.

2. Stage

Make the lettuce wraps: Empty drained tuna into a large bowl. Break up tuna into large chunks. Add 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup basil, bell pepper, onion, carrot, 2/3 of the green onions, and jalapeño pepper; gently mix to combine, being careful not to break tuna apart too much.

3. Stage

Whisk sesame oil, sambal, sesame seeds, sugar, salt, pepper, lime juice, and garlic together in a small bowl. Pour dressing over tuna mixture and mix carefully.

4. Stage

Spoon tuna mixture onto lettuce leaves and drizzle spicy mayo over top. Garnish with remaining green onions, cilantro, and basil.
