Ingredients for - One-Pot Chili Mac and Cheese

1. Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Sweet onion, diced small - 1 medium
3. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
4. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
5. Low-sodium chicken broth - 2 cups
6. Ragu® Old World Style® Traditional Pasta Sauce - 2 cups
7. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers - 1 (10 ounce) can
8. Mild chili beans, undrained - 1 (16 ounce) can
9. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Cumin - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
12. Uncooked elbow macaroni - 1 ½ cups
13. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ¾ cup
14. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - One-Pot Chili Mac and Cheese

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven or pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and beef. Stirring frequently, cook until meat is browned and crumbly, about 3 minutes. Drain excess fat.

2. Stage

Stir in chicken broth, Ragu® sauce, diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, beans, chili powder, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil and stir in pasta; cover, reduce heat to a simmer and cook until pasta is al dente, about 14 minutes.

3. Stage

Remove from heat. Stir in the cheese and parsley. Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese and parsley, if desired.
