1. Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
2. Sweet onion, diced small 1 medium
3. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
4. Lean ground beef 1 pound
5. Low-sodium chicken broth 2 cups
6. Ragu® Old World Style® Traditional Pasta Sauce 2 cups
7. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers 1 (10 ounce) can
8. Mild chili beans, undrained 1 (16 ounce) can
9. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
10. Cumin 1 teaspoon
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
12. Uncooked elbow macaroni 1 ½ cups
13. Shredded Cheddar cheese ¾ cup
14. Chopped fresh parsley ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - One-Pot Chili Mac and Cheese

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven or pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and beef. Stirring frequently, cook until meat is browned and crumbly, about 3 minutes. Drain excess fat.

2 . Stage

Stir in chicken broth, Ragu® sauce, diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, beans, chili powder, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil and stir in pasta; cover, reduce heat to a simmer and cook until pasta is al dente, about 14 minutes.

3 . Stage

Remove from heat. Stir in the cheese and parsley. Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese and parsley, if desired.
