2. Apple cider vinegar - ½ cup
3. Dried onion flakes - 2 tablespoons
4. Prepared yellow mustard - 2 tablespoons
5. Molasses - 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
7. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
8. Liquid hickory smoke flavoring - 2 teaspoons
9. Brown sugar - 7 tablespoons
10. Kosher salt - 2 tablespoons
11. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
12. Ground dried chipotle pepper - 2 teaspoons
13. Hot smoked paprika - 2 teaspoons
14. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
15. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
16. Mustard powder (such as Keen's®) - 1 teaspoon
17. Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
18. Pork shoulder roast - 3 ¾ pounds

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Pulled Pork Pushover

1. Stage

Mix tomato paste, vinegar, onion flakes, yellow mustard, molasses, garlic, olive oil, and liquid smoke in a bowl to create a thick paste. Stir brown sugar, kosher salt, cumin, chipotle pepper, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper into tomato paste mixture.

2. Stage

Place pork shoulder into a slow cooker and add paste mixture.

3. Stage

Cook on High for 4 hours. Shred pork with 2 forks and remove bone. Reduce heat to Low and continue cooking for 1 to 2 more hours.
