1. Tzatziki sauce - ½ cup
2. Lemon, zested - 1
3. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
4. Salmon fillets, cut into 1 inch cubes - 1 pound
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
7. Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
8. Green bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces - 2 medium
9. Grape tomatoes - 1 pint
10. Red onion, cut into wedges - ½
11. Feta cheese - ¼ cup
12. More tzatziki sauce for serving - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean Grilled Salmon Kabobs

1. Stage

Combine tzatziki sauce, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Add salmon, toss to coat, and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Combine garlic, oregano, and olive oil in a bowl. Add green peppers, red onions, and grape tomatoes.
