2. Uncooked white rice - ½ cup
3. Bread crumbs - ¼ cup

5. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons

8. Chicken broth - 10 cups
9. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®) - 1 (10 ounce) can

11. Diced green chiles, drained - 1 (7 ounce) can
12. Carrots, sliced - 4 medium
13. Celery, sliced - 4 stalks
14. Onion, chopped - ½ large
15. Cilantro leaves, chopped - 1 bunch
16. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
17. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
18. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Albondigas

1. Stage

Make the meatballs: Mix ground beef, uncooked rice, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, garlic powder, and salt together in a large bowl until well combined.

Start the soup: Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large stockpot over medium heat.

Meanwhile, form 1 1/2-tablespoon portions of the beef mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
