2. Plain, fat-free Greek-style yogurt - ⅓ cup
3. Chopped basil - 1 tablespoon
4. Minced garlic - 2 teaspoons
5. Fresh lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
