Ingredients for - Italian Vegetable Soup

1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Chopped celery - 1 cup
4. Chopped carrots - 1 cup
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Peeled and diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 2 (19 ounce) cans
9. Water - 2 cups
10. Beef bouillon granules - 5 teaspoons
11. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
12. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
13. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
14. Chopped cabbage - 2 cups
15. Whole kernel corn - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
16. Green beans - 1 (15 ounce) can
17. Macaroni - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Italian Vegetable Soup

1. Stage

Place ground beef in a large soup pot. Cook over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in onion, celery, carrots, garlic, chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, water and bouillon. Season with parsley, oregano and basil. Simmer for 20 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in cabbage, corn, green beans and pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer until vegetables are tender and pasta is al dente. Add more water if needed. 1Baker2Baker
