1. Vegetable oil 2 teaspoons
2. Chopped onion ⅓ cup
3. Lentils, drained 2 (15.5 ounce) cans
4. Petite diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. McCormick® Original Chili Seasoning Mix 1 (1.25 ounce) package
6. Crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - North Dakota Lentil Dip

1 . Stage

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent.

2 . Stage

Stir in lentils, tomatoes and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3 . Stage

Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with cheese.
