Ingredients for - Cheeseburger Tater Tot® Casserole

1. Bacon, diced - 6 slices
2. Chopped onion - ½ cup
3. Chopped green bell pepper - ¼ cup
4. Chopped red bell pepper - ¼ cup
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup
6. Ground beef - 2 pounds
7. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
8. Milk - ½ cup
9. Frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®) - 1 (32 ounce) package
10. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Cheeseburger Tater Tot® Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Place bacon, onion, bell peppers, salt, and pepper into a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until bacon is evenly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in mushroom soup and milk. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.

3. Stage

Top casserole with Tater Tots®, followed by Cheddar cheese.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until Tater Tots® are golden and heated though and cheese is bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes.
