1. Kaiser roll - 1
2. Ground beef - ⅔ pound
3. Ground pork - ⅓ pound
4. Onion, finely chopped - 1
5. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup
6. Egg - 1 large
7. Hungarian hot paprika (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - German Hamburgers (Frikadellen)

1. Stage

Soak kaiser roll in a medium bowl of water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water; crumble into a large bowl.

Add ground meats, onion, parsley, egg, paprika, salt, and black pepper to crumbled roll; mix until well blended. Shape mixture into large flattened meatballs.
