Bread on yogurt

1 . Stage

All ingredients must be at room temperature!!! Add the honey to the water and stir. Sprinkle the yeast on top. I cover the container with cling film. It all depends on your yeast.

2 . Stage

When the yeast begins to "play," stir the contents. Sometimes I keep it for 30 minutes. I have one of these.

3 . Stage

Weigh flour, yogurt... Prepare all the ingredients.

4 . Stage

Put in the following order: Water, yeast and honey mixture Yogurt Egg Butter Flour Salt.

5 . Stage

I have the main program for 3 hours 750g. Medium crust.

6 . Stage

Let's see what would make a kolobok. (About 15 minutes after the start.)
