Then pile the chicken filet in breadcrumbs. Also try to make sure that the breadcrumbs cover the whole surface of the filet. We put the ready nuggets on a hot pan with vegetable oil. Try to do so that the nuggets do not touch each other in the pan - if you have a lot of pieces, fry them better one by one, the nuggets should not be cramped in the frying process. When you see that the bottoms of the pieces are browned, turn them to the other side. Now the fire can be slightly reduced and fry the chicken nuggets on the second side until the browning. We put the ready nuggets on a paper napkin to remove excess fat. But do not keep the nuggets on the napkin for a long time, they are good hot.
