1. Green onions, chopped - 6
2. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
3. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
4. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
7. Dry mustard - 1 teaspoon
8. Dried basil - ¼ teaspoon
9. Dried oregano - ¼ teaspoon
10. Dried marjoram - ¼ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
12. Fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped - 2 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Green Beans with Herb Dressing

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix green onions, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, white sugar, mustard, basil, oregano, marjoram and pepper.

Place green beans in a steaming basket. Steam in a medium saucepan over boiling water 5 minutes, or to desired tenderness.

Place green beans in a medium serving dish. Pour dressing mixture over the beans.
