1. Canola oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Turkey sausage links, chopped - 1 pound
3. Diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®) - 1 (10 ounce) can
4. Campanelle pasta - 8 ounces
5. Low-sodium chicken broth - 2 cups
6. Greek yogurt - ½ cup
7. Onion Powder - 1 tablespoon
8. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Campanelle Sausage Skillet

1. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, diced tomatoes and green chiles, campanelle, chicken broth, Greek yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir and bring to a boil.

2. Stage

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until pasta is tender yet firm to the bite, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and serve.
