4. Semolina - 40 gram
5. Potato starch - 2 tbsp
6. Butter - 80 gram
7. Black chocolate - 2 tbsp
8. Confiture - 2 tbsp

Rub the soft butter with the semolina. Add the eggs, sugar, cottage cheese and starch. Mix everything well. (The cottage cheese must be pasty).
