How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Butter
1. Stage
Pour the cocoa and powdered sugar into a small bowl and pour in the milk. Mix well and microwave for 15-20 seconds to melt the powdered sugar.
2. Stage
Add the chocolate. Pulse for 10 seconds and melt chocolate in the microwave.
3. Stage
To the butter, at room temperature, add the chocolate and cocoa mixture, which is still warm. Mix, preferably with an immersion blender, until smooth.
4. Stage
Transfer the butter to a container and place in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. Before using, take the butter out of the refrigerator ahead of time and let it warm up a bit. BON APPETIT!!!
