2. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Butter, softened - ½ cup
5. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
6. Real maple syrup - ½ cup
7. Eggs - 2 large
8. Milk - ¾ cup
9. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Maple Walnut Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper baking cups.

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl; set aside.

3. Stage

Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in maple syrup and eggs; beat until well blended. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating just until combined. Stir in walnuts. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
