1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Yellow onion, chopped - 1 small
3. Baby bella mushrooms, chopped - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
5. Water - 8 cups
6. Rice stick noodles (such as Maifun®) - 1 (6.75 ounce) package
7. Chicken bouillon - 8 teaspoons
8. Cooked chicken breasts, shredded - 2
9. Green onions, chopped - 4
10. Chopped fresh cilantro - ⅓ cup
11. Bean sprouts - 2 cups
12. Lime, sliced into wedges - 1
13. Sriracha hot sauce, or more to taste - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Pho Ga Soup

1. Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; saute onion, mushrooms, and garlic until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Add water, rice noodles, and chicken bouillon to onion mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

2. Stage

Mix shredded chicken, green onions, and cilantro into soup; simmer for 5 minutes more. Transfer soup to serving bowls and top with bean sprouts, a squeeze of lime juice, and Sriracha hot sauce.
