1. Toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon
2. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
3. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
4. Brown sugar 1 teaspoon
5. Fresh asparagus, trimmed 1 ½ pounds
6. Toasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Soy-Sesame Asparagus

1 . Stage

Preheat grill for high heat.

2 . Stage

In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar. Place asparagus in the bowl, and toss to coat.

3 . Stage

Lightly oil a fine-mesh grill grate. Place asparagus on grate, and cook 8 minutes, until tender but firm. Garnish with sesame seeds to serve.
