2. Frozen hash brown potatoes 3 cups
3. Shredded pepper jack cheese ¾ cup
4. Cooked ham, diced 1 cup
5. Chopped green onions ¼ cup
6. Evaporated milk 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
7. Eggs, beaten 4 large
8. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Farmer's Casserole

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

Arrange hash brown potatoes evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish. Sprinkle with pepper Jack cheese, then ham, and finally green onions.
