3. Ground pork - ½ pound
4. Panko bread crumbs - ½ cup
5. Egg - 1 medium
6. Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Dried chives - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
11. Mayonnaise - ⅓ cup
12. Sweet chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
13. Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
14. Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
15. Carrot, grated - ½
16. Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
17. Toothpicks - 20

How to cook deliciously - Bang Bang Sriracha Cocktail Meatballs

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine chicken, pork, bread crumbs, egg, egg, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined. Form into 20 meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
