4. Panko bread crumbs ½ cup

6. Sriracha sauce 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
8. Dried chives 1 teaspoon
9. Salt ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
11. Mayonnaise ⅓ cup
12. Sweet chili sauce 2 tablespoons
13. Sriracha sauce 2 tablespoons
14. Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
15. Carrot, grated ½
16. Chopped cilantro 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Bang Bang Sriracha Cocktail Meatballs

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine chicken, pork, bread crumbs, egg, egg, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined. Form into 20 meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
