2. Boneless pork loin, cubed - 1 pound
3. Masa harina - ¼ cup
4. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Red onion, chopped - 1
6. Chopped fresh tomatoes - 3 cups
7. Diced green chile peppers - 2 cups
8. Low-sodium beef broth - 2 cups
9. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
10. Potato, cubed - 1 large
11. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
12. Chopped fresh oregano - 2 teaspoons
13. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 teaspoons
14. Cayenne pepper (Optional) - 1 dash
15. Salt to taste - 1 dash
16. Ground white pepper to taste - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - New Mexico Green Chile Stew

1. Stage

Place the beef tenderloin cubes, pork loin cubes, and masa harina in a plastic bag, and shake to coat the meat. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook and stir the meat cubes until evenly browned, about 10 minutes.
