3. Cucumber, sliced - 1
4. Green bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
5. Tomatoes, peeled and quartered - 5
6. Olive oil - ¼ cup
7. Distilled white vinegar - ¼ cup
8. Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 bunch
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 bunch
10. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
11. Tomato juice - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can

1. Stage

In the container of a food processor or blender, combine the garlic, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover and blend to your desired texture.
