4. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Garlic, crushed - 3 cloves
6. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
7. Toasted sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
8. Beef sirloin steak, very thinly sliced - 2 pounds
9. Soy sauce - 6 tablespoons
10. Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
11. Crushed toasted sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
12. Grated fresh ginger root - 1 teaspoon
13. Sweet paprika - ¼ teaspoon
14. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
15. White sugar - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Beef Bulgogi with Dipping Sauce

1. Stage

Mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, green onions, 3 tablespoons sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds together in a bowl. Add beef to the marinade. Let sit until flavors are well absorbed, at least 30 minutes.

Prepare dipping sauce: Mix 6 tablespoons soy sauce, vinegar, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, ginger root, paprika, cayenne pepper, and 1 pinch sugar together in a separate bowl.
