1. Milk 2 cups
2. All-purpose flour 2 cups
3. Eggs 2
4. White sugar 1 tablespoon
5. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
6. Baking soda ½ teaspoon
7. Salt 1 pinch
8. Apples - peeled, cored, and diced 2 large
9. Vegetable oil, or as needed, divided 2 large
10. Confectioners' sugar, or to taste 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Combine milk, flour, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Mix in apples.

2 . Stage

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3 . Stage

Drop batter by large spoonfuls into the pan and cook until the edges are dry and the bottom is browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

4 . Stage

Dust pancakes with confectioners' sugar.
