1. Vegetable broth - 1 (32 fluid ounce) container
2. Buttercup squash, peeled and cubed - 1
3. Rutabaga, peeled and cubed - 1
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Potato, cubed - 1
6. Sweet potato, cubed - 1
7. Carrot, chopped - 1 large
8. No-salt seasoning blend - 1 teaspoon
9. Roasted garlic - 1 teaspoon
10. Curry powder - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
12. Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
13. Bay leaf - 1

How to cook deliciously - Squash and Veggie Soup

1. Stage

Pour vegetable broth into a large pot over medium heat. Add buttercup squash, rutabaga, onion, potato, sweet potato, carrot, seasoning blend, garlic, curry powder, pepper, nutmeg, and bay leaf. Simmer until rutabaga and squash are soft, about 1 hour.

Puree soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
