1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Diced jalapeno peppers - 1 (4 ounce) can
4. Chopped green chile peppers - 1 (4 ounce) can
5. Garlic, crushed - 3 cloves
6. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
7. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. White beans, drained - 3 (15 ounce) cans
10. Chicken broth - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
11. Chopped cooked chicken breast - 3 cups
12. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Add jalapeño peppers, chile peppers, garlic, cumin, oregano, and cayenne pepper; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Stir in beans, chicken broth, and chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
